Member Details Tab Overview - Profile

The Profile tab on the Member Details screen provides you with quick access to the Member’s complete Profile.

The Profile tab is divided into the following sub-sections:

• Member Attributes: Displays all the Member Attributes defined in your database, and the values for each Attribute for this Member. For details on editing these values, see Edit Member Attributes in a Member Profile.

• Tiers: Displays the Tiers (across all Tier Schemes) that this Member has attained. 

• Member Preferences: Displays the Member Preferences defined in your database, and the values for each preference for this Member. For details on editing these values, see Edit Member Preferences in a Member Profile.

• Calculated Attributes: Displays the Calculated Attributes defined in your database, and the values for each Calculated Attribute for this Member. For details on manually refreshing these values, see Refresh Calculated Attributes in a Member Profile.

• AI Profile: Attributes used for Machine Learning features, such as AI-Powered Offers.

• BU-Specific Member Attributes: Values for the Business Unit-specific Member Attributes defined within your Loyalty account for your currently selected Business Unit. For more information, see Getting Started with Business Units.
